The aerospace industry is historically significantly siloed, creating proprietary technologies that are heavily guarded. At PSAS we believe that the future of aerospace will be much brighter if we share information freely and build upon successes for the benefit of all. OUR MISSION ’s (PSAS) mission is to design and share knowledge for building low-cost rockets, satellites, engines, and liquid fuel engines. PSAS encourages students of all majors (e.g., business, art, math, etc) to engage in administrative support and business development activities. OUR PROJECTS AMATEUR ROCKETS PSAS builds state-of-the-art high - power amateur rockets and is working on liquid fuel engines. LIQUID FUEL PROPULSION PSAS builds small-scale rocket engine test stands called the minimal test stand, minTS. CUBESATS PSAS built and flew Oregon’s very first satellite!
